It has been a week of daily (almost) gardening. The effort has certainly paid off. There is still a small amount left to do but it will be easy peasy.
This is the perfect picture of Miss Lily.
Charkie and Lily are so identical in looks but completely different in their personalities. Charkie is inquisitive, active, independent and laid back. Lily needs all to stay the same, lazy, needy and a nervous nelly. Both of them love to go outside in the backyard. We have been very lucky that they do not go past the patio. Charkie has ventured a little further but this has been Lily’s year to assert herself but the camera is a little too much for Lily to deal with.
Lily losing it:
Lily did relax once she was safe inside the house.
In my garden there is a large place for sentiment. My garden of flowers is also my garden of thoughts and dreams. The thoughts grow as freely as the flowers, and the dreams are as beautiful. ~Abram L. Urban
There is a deceased (thank goodness) rosebush in the garden that will soon be sent to it’s grave. It reminds me of something out of a horror movie where the plants attack.
